Plant Machinery Power And Production regulated in PERMENAKER No. 38;2016. PTP are fixed or mobile machinery or equipment that are used or installed to generate or transfer power or energy, processing, goods and material manufactured, technical products, and components of production equipment that can cause an accident hazard. PTP includes prime movers, machinery tools and production, transmission and mechanics power and furnaces (furnace).

To minimize the risk of work accidents, all moving and dangerous parts of the PTP must be installed with safety and protection devices. As required by the Government, for each PTP must be carried out an inspection and testing for initial inspection, periodic, repeated and special cases.

Tests and inspections carried out on PTP include:
