Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related major.
Min. 1 years experiences in related field
Proven experience in sales administration, invoicing, or tender handling is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and good document control skills.
Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good time management and ability to work under deadlines.
Familiar with managing and processing corporate legal documents.
Prepare and maintain job summaries as the basis for invoicing in coordination with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
Ensure all supporting documents for invoicing (job completion reports, service summaries, contracts) are complete and accurate.
Monitor invoicing status and follow up on outstanding documents or approvals to support timely billing.
Handle tender administration, including preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, commercial, and legal documents required for tender submissions.
Maintain records of tenders, contracts, pricing, and sales documentation in an organized and traceable manner.
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data updates as required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements in all sales administration activities.
