Requirements

Minimum Diploma IV or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
Possess valid AK3 Umum & K3 MIGAS certifications
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001
Experience in CHSEMS / CSMS implementation is an advantage
Strong knowledge in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation
Strong reporting & documentation skills
Preferably competent in First Aider and Fire Fighter
Proficient in Canva / Photoshop / AutoCAD
Excellent communication skills

Provide advice, information and instruction on local HSE issues.
Assist in the application of HSE procedures.
Help manage risks and hazards in their area.
Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazard and implement agreed control measures.
Liaise with the head of the unit or controlled entity, HSE Unit and other safety personnel.
Monitor local area compliance with HSE policy and procedures.
Conduct routine inspections of the air quality, water and sewer systems, noise and illumination level, and waste management.
Conduct regular checks on the cleanliness of the work environment
Promote the health, safety, and environment awareness.
Support preparation for external audit (2nd party and 3rd party)
Support preparation for CSMS
Active involved in P2K3
